Northern Territory

RICS Dispute Resolution Service is open for business in Northern Territory such a Prescribed Appointer under the Construction Contracts (Security of Payments) Act.

As of February 2011, RICS DRS is now able to accept adjudication applications under the Act and appoint adjudicators from its experienced panel of adjudicators.

Nominating Adjudicators

RICS DRS has the statutory power to nominate adjudicators to construction disputes within Northern Territory.

To apply for adjudication, please review the required adjudication forms and tools or download one of our application forms after your peruse our application fees structure.

We also provide training for both prospective adjudicators as well as education for the general public. If you are interested in training please get in contact.

We have a dedicated panel of adjudicators which consists of both RICS and non-RICS members from a variety of backgrounds relevant to the construction industry.

The adjudication branch of the RICS Dispute Resolution Service is regulated by the Department of Justice.
