Adjudication

Adjudication is common method used to resolve disputes used within the construction industry. It is relatively simple, efficient and straightforward. A suitably qualified adjudicator is appointed to review an adjudication application and with reference to the relevant security of payment legislation can make a decision on the dispute that is binding on the parties.
