Local Ipswich paper, the Queensland Times, featured an article on a recent decision undertaken by RICS DRS adjudicator Russell Welsh.

The article commented on a recent RICS DRS Queensland adjudication decision involving Bellrise Investments and the Ipswich City Council over a dispute involving a number of projects in the Ipswich area.
