The Building & Construction Industry Payments Act 2004 was created to provide an alternative to the court system and is a quick and easy cost-effective solution to resolving payment disputes. Five years on; has it worked and what changes are being considered to the Act?

Troy is a recognised industry expert in relation to Security of Payment work (both adjudication and appeals from adjudication decision) having advised on and/or been involved in Security of Payment matters in Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales, Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
