RICS Dispute Resolution Service (RICS DRS) in association with Holding Redlich Lawyers (and such other additional authors that may be included from time to time in respect of specific jurisdictions) provides the public with access to the Annotated Online Guide(s) free of charge, subject to the following terms and conditions:
In signing up to the Annotated Online Guide(s), the user agrees to:
- Permit RICS, RICS DRS and Holding Redlich Lawyers (and such other additional authors which may be included from time to time in respect of specific jurisdictions) to send the user promotional material relevant to their respective businesses via email.
- Permit RICS, RICS DRS and Holding Redlich Lawyers (and such other additional authors which may be included from time to time in respect of specific jurisdictions) to add the user to their respective newsletter and marketing email broadcasts via email.
- Refrain from copying, sharing, or otherwise reproducing any part of the Annotated Online Guide(s) in any format whatsoever.
In exchange, RICS DRS and Holding Redlich (and such other additional authors that may be included from time to time in respect of specific jurisdictions) agree to:
- Provide the user with complimentary access to the Annotated Online Guide(s) without charge.
- Refrain from sharing private data, including names, email addresses and other information provided during the registration process to any other third party.
The copyright of the BCIPA Online Guide remains the property of Holding Redlich Lawyers used with permission by RICS DRS.
RICS DRS and Holding Redlich Lawyers (and such other additional authors that may be included from time to time in respect of specific jurisdictions) retain the right to change the terms and conditions by notifying users via RICS DRS website.
RICS DRS retain the right to grant access, prohibit or restrict access to users at their own discretion, including the right to limit daily use via IP address.
